In the Child Protection Legal Unit, Lucie appeared in both the Children’s Court and Magistrates Court in relation to care and protection and restraining order proceedings.
In addition to her legal work, Lucie has delivered training programs for law students and paralegals and been involved in policy development at the Departments for Indigenous Affairs and Child Protection.
Over the years Lucie has worked closely, in both a teaching and legal capacity, with people who have experienced long periods of trauma. Lucie looks forward to assisting you throughout the claim process.
