After graduating from the University of Notre Dame at the end of 2004, Stephen worked in the Litigation department of Butcher Paull & Calder Lawyers.
Stephen was admitted to practice in February 2006 and was admitted as a practitioner of the High Court in June 2006.
Stephen joined Dwyer Durack in November 2008 and has practiced in all State and Federal Courts in both civil and criminal litigation with a particular focus on criminal law, liquor licensing, workplace relations and commercial litigation. He is currently in the firm’s Criminal Law and Liquor Licensing Department.
Stephen regularly appears in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia and the Liquor Commission. He has extensive experience representing clients at trials, sentencing, disciplinary proceedings, appeals and advising clients at all levels of litigation, from minor to complex and high profile cases.
