Making Payments to Dwyer Durack
Dwyer Durack have a number of payment options available for you to pay any bills from us.
Initial trust fund monies can be deposited into Dwyer Durack’s Solicitor Trust Account. Please contact the Accounts Department on (08) 9289 9888 for the bank account details
You will also find these payment methods mentioned on your remittance advice attached to your invoice.
We would be grateful if, in all instances, you return a completed copy of your remittance advice to our offices as confirmation of payment. Bank Transfer (EFT)
To enable us to identify your payment, please ensure that the description which will appear on your bank statement includes your matter number or surname, and the invoice number.
Once you have completed your bank transfer transaction, please either:
- fax your completed remittance to (08) 9289 9800;
- Send your completed remittance by post to the address above;
- Or email our accounts department (firstname.lastname@example.org) stating clearly in the body of your email your name, the invoice number and amount paid.
Credit Card Payment
Please note that all credit card transactions will incur a 2% payment processing fee.
To pay by credit card, please complete section 3 on your remittance advice and send the remittance to the address above. Alternatively you may call our accounts department on (08) 9289 9888 to make a credit card payment over the phone. If chosing this method to pay your invoice, please have a copy of your invoice to hand, as you will be asked for your invoice number before payment can be made.
